File Submission: Expert Views
The Protocoll Files welcomes articles submitted by others, particularly IP and patent attorneys, who are able to give information about a particular situation in their own country e.g. reverse engineering, spare part manufacture, trade secrets, etc.
The format and style of a submitted file should, where possible, match that of existing Protocoll files in that:
- good information is provided;
- the information is fair and balanced to all parties;
- the writing style is readable and interesting;
- examples, where appropriate, are given; and
- articles are brief and to the point.
All articles will display the author's name and a valuable direct hyperlink, if they choose, to them or their firm.
